I'm a digital native. I work in creating digital products, and I know the internet like it's the back of my hand. 

​

I love creating digital content that tells a story. Whether it's a website, videos, social content, audio, games - I want to explore the best way to tell a story.

 

I'm obsessed with audiences and community. I want to produce the best experience in interesting, entertaining, accessible, memorable ways. 

​

I'm all about accessibility, inclusion and equity, and I think about it in every way, from strategy development to community management.

​

There's a few other things I do - website content editing, design for print and digital, photography.

Digital Strategist and Product Manager, IMA-HOME

2022 - present

Social Strategist for Arts and Culture

As part of Digital Experience at integrated agency IMA-HOME, I'm responsible for strategy and product management on digital products (websites, apps, etc) for clients.

  • Working with clients to form a digital strategy that informs the direction of progress on their product

  • Supporting creation and execution of process and plan for projects

  • Maintaining the product backlog, and working with other specialisms to focus on the priorities at hand

  • Working with clients to form priorities for continuous improvement of their digital products

  • Clients communication, maintaining documentation, etc.

I am also part of the IMA-HOME & Me team focussing on diversity, equality and inclusion.

Digital Marketing Officer, Sheffield Girls'

Mar 2021 - present

My role includes:

  • Paid digital campaigns focussing on pupil recruitment, using Facebook & Instagram, Google & YouTube, Rightmove ​​

  • Social platforms management - strategising, creating, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok (over 7k followers)

  • Website management and development, updating content for a prospective audience, and working with web development company

I also:

  • Produce videos for the website and YouTube channel

  • Film videos and take pictures of school life 

  • Design print and digital assets like logos, information booklets, brochures, etc. 

  • Support planning and running of large scale school events, usually involving parents and local community

  • Liaise with freelancers and external contractors 

I've worked with theatre companies and freelance creatives, helping create social strategies to promote projects and their overall brands.

The strategies are designed to be approachable and easily executed for any level of social media experience. 

​

The process can involve:

  • An initial meeting to establish goals, and talk through the history of the project/brand

  • Research into the industry, similar projects/brands

  • Creating an initial strategy that covers goals, messaging, target audiences, and a timeline of actions

  • A meeting to discuss the proposed strategy

  • Evaluation and analysis of insights and stats from the actions undertaken

  • A meeting to discuss future actions

Marketing & PR Officer, 
artsdepot

My role included:

  • Marketing events - updating website listings, writing press releases, maintaining PR connections, creating social content

  • Managing digital projects, including digital performances for Half Term family shows during 2020 - creating trailers, editing behind the scenes shots, managing listings and access to shows

  • Managing social platforms - strategising, creating, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn (over 15k followers)

I also:

  • Design for digital and print assets like posters, recruitment materials, artist callouts, etc.

  • Co-chair of the Access and Inclusion Team, working on access, inclusion, diversity and equity in artsdepot internally and externally 

  • Distribution of print materials for shows
